AutoStream Sub-processor List

Effective date: July 10, 2026 ยท Last updated: July 10, 2026

This document is a working draft. Have it reviewed by a qualified attorney before relying on it, particularly the sections on automated platform interaction and third-party data collection.

This page lists the third-party sub-processors AutoStream, LLC uses to provide the AutoStream dashboard (manageautostream.com) and the AutoStream Chrome extension. This list is incorporated by reference into the AutoStream Data Processing Agreement.

Sub-processor Purpose Location
Supabase Database, authentication, and backend hosting for account data, dealership configuration, inventory data, and posting activity logs. United States (Supabase project region as configured by AutoStream; confirm current region before relying on this for a specific jurisdiction)
Vercel Hosting and deployment of the AutoStream dashboard (manageautostream.com). United States
Anthropic Claude API, generates suggested listing captions and assists with vehicle photo verification, when enabled by a dealership. United States
Cloudflare Content delivery network (CDN), edge routing, and network-layer security/traffic protection. United States (global edge network; traffic may be routed through edge locations outside the U.S.)
Browserless Headless browser rendering used to extract vehicle inventory data from a dealership's own website when a direct data feed is not available. United States

Updates to this list

AutoStream may add or replace sub-processors from time to time as the Service evolves. When a new sub-processor is added that will have access to Customer’s personal data, AutoStream will update this page and provide reasonable advance notice to dealership administrators (for example, by email to the account’s registered contact or a notice within the AutoStream dashboard), consistent with the sub-processor terms of the AutoStream Data Processing Agreement.
